Created by international artists (musicians, dancers, writers, photographers) who have found their inspiration in Buenos Aires, we create experiences designed for those who seek a deeper understanding of Argentine tango and culture and are not satisfied by pre-packaged tourist fare.

Our tango tours take you to the legendary dance halls of Buenos Aires where tango lovers go to dance socially, not one of the made-for-tourists shows. There you will be immersed in the fascinating sub-culture of those who live only to dance tango.

Our tango lessons — available as part of our tours or separately — are designed to give absolute beginners a relaxed and meaningful introduction to dancing tango. Whether you plan to take just one class “to get the feel” of tango or suspect it could be the beginning of a life-long passion, we will help you take your first joyful steps in tango.

Our intimate tango music concerts are offered by world-renowned performers over drinks in a relaxed setting among friends. (We also offer an online version for remote teams or for those preparing for their trip to Buenos Aires.) You will learn how tango and the history of Buenos Aires are intertwined since the 1890s.

What’s in a name?

The name of our artisan company is a play on the title of one of the most famous tango songs, “Mi Buenos Aires Querido” or “My Beloved Buenos Aires.” It is the anthem of the city composed in 1934 by the first and greatest tango singer, Carlos Gardel.

In the song, Gardel sings of his love for Buenos Aires, especially when he is far away and longing to return. We know the feeling! We named our company “Your Buenos Aires” partly in honor of Gardel and partly because it is our goal to make you fall in love with Buenos Aires during your visit. We want you to feel a part of this city. Maybe you only have a few days to explore but we want to help you make the most of your time and go home with a true understanding of — and love for — this incredible place.
